    for Cris Lapp Photography

    GOAL
    Combine the client’s travel photography with his looser celebrity shots to create a body of marketable editorial images.

    SOLUTION
    By combining texture, celebrity photos and architectural imagery, twelve unique compositions were created. Each collage is colorized and manipulated in a similar fashion resulting in a consistent, comprehensive portfolio of work.

    SOLUTION
    Begin with hand-drawn comps, scan line drawings into the computer and add texture and color to finalize.

    GOAL
    Create tongue-in-cheek bathroom art inspired by retro movie posters.

    SOLUTION
    Manipulate pre-existing food imagery to give them an antiqued, painted look and art direct a photoshoot of harshly-lit hands grabbing at a tray of fish.

    GOAL
    Create stylistically consistent icons to represent the five sections of our site.

    SOLUTION
    Multiple symbols were explored to come up with the final versions. The icons were later colorized to fit the scheme of our site.

    SOLUTION
    Focus on the interconnectivity
    of where advertising dollars
    are spent and how different media combines to reach a target audience.

    Winter X Games Banner

    GOAL
    Create a photo-realistic illustration of glove warmers to be used in banners and ads for the Winter X Games.

    SOLUTION
    Package design and text laid-out in Illustrator. Shading and art warp done in Photoshop.
